To award it, insert {{t|award/objectives-top}} with a recommended <code>|date=YYYY-MM</code> which should match the month the objectives were completed in. A second <code>|date2=YYYY-MM</code> gives a date range. The award defaults to the first place winner. For the 2nd or 3rd place winner enter 2 or 3 as a parameter.
