Ned was a drunk, from Sadeas’s camp who strangled his wife [[Rem]] when she attempted to get him to leave [[All's Alley]] and come to their residence. The next day one of the barmaids at [[All's Alley]] was also killed in the exact same way by [[Re-Shephir]]. [[Ur]] one of the hired protectors of [[All's Alley]] dropped Ned off the plateau outside thinking he killed the girl.
