Hoid, via unknown means, is able to enter and exit certain [[visions]], as well as bring those he is bonded with, like Design.{{book ref|sa4|80}} While doing so, he creates a large, pure white bubble of light, which can shelter those who have been brought into the vision naturally. While in the vision, Hoid is able to create whatever objects he wants. Hoid is only able to do this for roughly twenty minutes before being detected.
