Khriss believes that [[Navani]]'s method of creating [[Lights#Anti-Lights|anti-Investiture]] proves that Foil was wrong about a specific disagreement they had related to [[Command]] and [[Intention|Intent]]. Xisis is cosmere-aware, familiar with Investiture, and he lives at the bottom of an ocean on [[Lumar]], a planet dominated by [[aether spores]].{{book ref|tress|31}}{{book ref|tress|52}} "Foil" is also reminiscent of the ending of Xisis's name, -fliel. However, this connection has not been explicitly confirmed.
