The '''Desolations''' were events upon whichin the [[Herald]]shistory of [[The AlmightyRoshar]]. Few is known about them except legends. Still those appearagree andon savesome humanitypoints.
 
Desolations came in cycles, they were regular in coming.{{ref|b|wok|c|prelude}}{{ref|b|wok|c|42}}{{ref|b|wok|c|60}} During Desolations, the inhabitants of Roshar were attacked by an enemy force, generally called [[Voidbringers]].{{ref|b|wok|c|3}}{{ref|b|wok|c|19}}{{ref|b|wok|c|45}}{{ref|b|wok|c|60}} The cycle of Desolations was somehow attached to the [[Oathpact]].
