He shows [[Kenton]] and his group in to to see Delius. After they leave he explains the politics of the [[Kelzin]] to Delius and says that many of them are [[Kerztian]] and the ones who are not are usually [[Ker'Reen Philosophy|Ker'Reen]], and that in general the kelzin hate the [[sand mastery|sand masters]].{{book ref|ws2|1}}
He travels with Delius, Kenton, Khriss, and the rest of their group to [[Lraezare]] to visit the Shipowners' Circle. When [[Lokkall]] and the Shipowners' Circle vote Delius out of his position he gives Delius the documents, which Delius signs transferring ownership of a large fleet of ships, twelve of which were in Lraezare at that time, from his son to himself. Delius then asks his son to order their fleet to blockade the port of Kezare for the next month and he says that he will.
