David Charleston was a member of the Reckoners on Earth.
After his dad was killed by Steelheart, he researched Epics and their weaknesses. He designed a plan to kill Steelheart, and was eventually recruited by the Reckoners. They successfully lead a plan which resulted in the destruction of Steelheart's government and the eventual death of Steelheart himself.
