Death By Pizza is a planned urban fantasy about a necromancer pizza delivery man. It is a novel-length story, written far before 2013, but has many flaws that prevent it from being published.[1] The title is subject to change.[2] It has been stalled by other commitments such as The Rithmatist and Alcatraz.[3]
It was originally slated for a Charlaine Harris anthology, probably Games Creatures Play, but was replaced by Dreamer.[4] After looking at it again for the Firefight tour reading, Brandon decided that it didn't work and considered it as a good practice of the urban fantasy genre.[5] The story saw some development later that year but was put on hiatus by the State of the Sanderson and has stayed there since.[6]
