'''Wayne''' was a [[Twinborn]] on [[Scadrial]]. He was both a [[Bendalloy|slider]] and a [[Gold|bloodmaker]].
He was a friend and colleague of [[Waxillium Ladrian]]. He lived in the [[Roughs]] and worked with Wax to keep law and order. He visited [[Elendel]] to help investigate the [[Vanishers]] and attempted to convince Wax to return to the Roughs as a lawman.
He had an unhealthy fondness for hats and the ability to "steal" accents, both of which he used extensively to cement various undercover identities.
