You're 100% right we don't want this to be in the list of partials, but there were some other categories to remove; I put <pre> tags around some templates to do this (and restored {{partial}} between the tags). As for when to restore {{partial}} outside the tags, that's when you put it back on the main page (though it could be {{complete}} instead then); don't wait for a Keeper to get around to reviewing it. [[Urteau]] contained one of the [[Rashek|Lord Ruler]]'s [[storage cavern]]s, with supplies and knowledge of [[electrum]] and the location of next cache. ==Seizing Power==
[[Quellion]] rules in [[Urteau]] since [[Straff Venture]] left to [[Siege of Luthadel|besiege Luthadel]]. [[Elend]] sent [[Spook]] to the city to gauge its political climate. Spook, [[Sazed]] and [[Breeze]] try to reason with Quellion, but decide to take him down instead RESULTS 9F REASONING?. They attempt to incite a revolution, but discover that they have been playing into the hands of [[Ruin]], who has been subtly influencing both Spook and Quellion via [[Hemalurgy|Hemalurgic Spikes]]. A fire breaks out, threatening to destroy the town, but Spook removes the spikes THESE TWO THINGS SEEM UNCONNECTED and floods the Canals, saving the city.{{book ref|mb3|58}}▼
After the fall of the [[Final Empire]], [[Quellion]] (the Citizen) seized power in Urteau. He claimed that anyone faithful to the [[Kelsier|Survivor]] would be safe in the mists. A law was made which required everyone to go into the [mist]s. He declared that those who survived were pure. Then, they began to kill [[noble]]s and those who had noble blood.{{book ref|mb3|49}}

When [[Vin]] and [[Elend Venture|Elend]] discovered that there was a storage cavern in Urteau, Vin snuck into the cavern.{{book ref|mb3|5}} Elend sent [[Spook]] to the city to gather information about the Citizen and his government.{{book ref|mb3|14}} At an execution, Spook fought several of Quellion's soldiers. During the fight, he used a [[Thug]] as a shield, ending up [[Hemalurgy|spiked]].{{book ref|mb3|16}} Elend sent [[Sazed]], [[Breeze]], and [[Allrianne Cett|Allrianne]] to Urteau to bring it back under the control of the [[New Empire]].{{book ref|mb3|12}}

I started working on an article that had the attention tag on it. However, I just looked at the spreadsheet and @Ark1002#6883 has claimed it. (Coup of Urteau). I sent a Shard PM. Any advice? Feel free to reply on here if you see this, although this is mostly a draft.
