*Adolin Kholin has a habit of repeatedly summoning and then dismissing his Blade when he is nervous,sa2 a trait he may have inherited from Gavilar, his uncle .sa3
*In the current draft of the sequel to Sixth of the Dusk, an individual in Shardplate, presumably a Skybreaker, summons what appears to be a "Shardgun".14408 This seems to be a form of a living Shardblade, as it takes less than ten seconds to summon and its wielder has access to Surgebinding.
