After Ialai died, Adolin instructed Natem and [[Gen]] to search her room, but Shallan intervened and searched the room with her [[Order of Lightweavers|Lightweavers]].{{book ref|sa4|7}} Shallan later proposed that Natem and the rest of Adolin's team should be temporarily reassigned while she investigated the circumstances of Ialai's death.{{book ref|sa4|9}}
