After being evacuated from Hearthstone on the ''[[Fourth Bridge]]'', he along with the rest of Hearthstone's inhabitants sets up residence in [[Urithiru]]. Once there, he visits [[Lirin]]'s clinic and gets treated by [[Kaladin]]. Mil had been suffering from persistent headaches for months, Kaladin thinks it might be migraine. Kaladin prescribes him medicine against the pain, and suggest visiting the [[Edgedancers]] for [[Regrowth]], even though the latter might be in vain. Besides that, he is told to record all his headaches and symptoms for a month; this simple affirmation of his pains makes him grin ear to ear.{{book ref|sa4|23}}
