Liganor is a nice older man. He is short, bald, and somewhat tubby with a short neck. He is brave enough to keep his shop open during the tower's occupation, but he is too fearful to make an open stand supporting the [[Knights Radiant]], instead disappearing to his rooms when he realizes things are brewing for a fight in the atrium.{{book ref|sa4|i|11}}
