Graves works for [[Taravangian]] and was sent to assassinate King [[Elhokar]] and make sure Kaladin was distracted and unable to protect [[Dalinar]] from [[Szeth]]. He has a set of Shards (Plates and Sword) and has [[Danlan]] in his retinue.
