[[Dallet]] was his sergeant. He was fifteen years old when he volunteered to enlist in [[Amaram]]'s army, and Kaladin bribed someone to have him moved to his squad. He expected disipline and order in the army, and was surprised at the chaos. When separated from [[Kaladin]]'s group, Cenn was stabbed in the leg. Kaladin and Dallet defend and watch over him as healers came to take care of him. Both [[Dallet]] and [[Cenn]] were killed by an unnamed [[Shardbearer]],{{ref|b|sa1|c|47}} who was a possible member of the [[Ghostbloods]].{{citeref|b|sa1|c|51}}
