When Vin used allomancy on an obligator in the Canton of Finance, an [[Inquisitor]] is set on his trail.{{book ref|b|mb1|c|1}} As punishment for his cruelty to Vin, he is ousted by [[Kelsier]] and became a beggar, later to be killed by an Inquisitor to send a warning to [[Kelsier's crew]].{{book ref|b|mb1|c|11}}
