His true form is made of many cremling-like creatures he refers to as hordelings that fit together to form the different parts of his body. Arclo typically imitates the form of an elderly mansa2.5 and does his best to maintain as close to a human form as he cansa2.5. He is very interested in philosophical debates and often brings up some of these ideas when he speaks to Liftsa2.5, at one point even going off on several philosophical tangents when Lift is meeting with him in the alleyway where he killed the two Skybreakers acolytes.sa2.5

He was known to sit on the porch of the orphanage in Yeddaw and met with Lift there several times. During their conversations, he asked her about which body part she felt she was, which she brushed off as a dumb question.sa2.5 Lift later seeks him out as she believes that he is the other Radiant in Tashikk that Nale is searching for. She finds him in an alley with the corpses of two of Nale's trainees. He then reveals his true form to her. He guides her towards the person she is actually looking for then parts ways with her. His hordlings can sense Lift's spren Wyndle.sa2.5
