He freely sold his senate vote to the highest bidder. He was cynical and materialistic, believing that the historical events around the [[Final Ascension]] were "fanciful legends." During a [[Winsting Innate's auction|party]] where he attempted to sell his vote, the party was attacked by [[Paalm]]. Party attendees were made to think the shooting was coming from rival attendees and a firefight boke out. Winsting fled to a safe room but Paalm had arrived in the room first.
