This template formats text in the format that the books use for the way the Stormfather and others, such as Cultivation, use when they speak.

For example; {{User:King of Herdaz/Small caps|The Oathpact was shattered.}} produces; User:King of Herdaz/Small caps

This should be used when including a quote on a page that had this formatting in the books.
