This template is used to refer to chapter summaries on the coppermind.
To use, include {{book ref|book|chapter}}
- the book is expanded by
{{b}} - the chapter should either be prologue, epilogue or the chapter number
- if the second argument is a chapter type the third argument is used as the chapter number
- {{{pre}}} is included before the link
- {{{post}}} is included after the link
- {{{name}}} replaces the generated reference name
- {{{group}}} sets the reference group
Chapter types include interlude, day...
