The armies of [[Straff Venture]], [[Ashweather Cett]] and the [[Koloss]] army of [[Jastes Lekal]] besiege [[Luthadel]] and King [[Elend Venture]]s throne. Elend gets deposed and the city raises [[Ferson Penrod]] to be king. [[Vin]] intimidates the opposition, but eventually is persuaded to escape as the battle comes to a head. Luckily she returns and starts capturing the [[Koloss]] using emotional Allomancy and routes Straff's army.
