'''Relis''' is a [[Shardbearer]] on the [[Shattered Plains]]. He is the eldest of Highprince [[Ruthar]]'s sons.{{book ref|sa2|53}}
He duelled with [[Epinar]].{{book ref|sa2|37}} He confronts [[Adolin]] after the duel between Adolin and [[Elit Ruthar]], whereafter Adolin challenges him to a duel with all Kholin's shards on the table. Highjudge [[Istow]] witnesses an agreement for Adolin to fight whoever Relis brings, the prize being Kholin's six blades and however many blades Relis brings to fight.{{book ref|sa2|53}} Relis brings three others to the duel; Elit, [[Abrobadar]] and [[Jakamav]], which leads in to [[Renarin]] and [[Kaladin]] joining in to narrowly beat the four others.{{book ref|sa2|56}}{{book ref|sa2|57}}
