Grand Aurora is a celestial phenomenon on [[Alornia]] that supplies energy for the [[Lancing]], a form of magic used by [[Kairominas]]. It encircles the entire world, and gives out mother-of-pearl shimmering that is mostly not attenuated by the weather conditions.{{book ref|ps|1}}

 

In Lancesight, it's light can be felt as pulsing rhythm impacting the skin, and can be seen even through the stone ceilings.

 

As the Grand Aurora is programming specific to [[Alornia]], it does not manifest in any way in other States, though some might have a similar energy source. It can, however, be accessed in Border States, that combine programming from several states at once.{{book ref|ps|4}}
