After they left he explained the politics of the [[kelzin]] to Delius and said that many of them are [[Kerztian]], the ones who are not are usually [[Ker'Reen Philosophy|Ker'Reen]], and that in general the kelzin hate the [[Diem|sand masters]].{{book ref|
During his time as Lord Admiral, Delius had his son buy up a large fleet of ships in his own name, since he was not allowed to own property. He had his son carry around with him documents, that when signed, would transfer ownership of the fleet from his son to himself.{{book ref|ws3|3}}
