It was founded by [[Dalinar Kholin]] after the [[Battle of Narak]] and currently consists of [[Urithiru]], [[Alethkar]], [[Thaylenah]], [[Azir]] and its member states, and [[Herdaz]], though Alethkar and Herdaz are occupied by the [[Fused]].
