He's also said that the Heralds will be larger focus in the back five (see [https://wob.coppermind.net/events/369/#e11669 this wob]). All of which is to say the list of characters seems pretty final. Most people believe that Shalash will end up as a Dustbringer, though this [https://wob.coppermind.net/events/181/#e3756 has been RAFO'd]. I'll see what I can do to make this clearer.
