| β | :Right now, the page says it falls during highstorms; as for where it ultimately comes from, I'd guess that might be part of Cultivation's influence, but I'm not aware of any sources for that and the [https://17thshard.com/forum 17th Shard forums] or [https://discord.gg/zn4rU5Q Discord] would be a better place for any discussion.
