Shardpool is a non-canon term used to describe a liquid essence of a Shard. It is characterized by a Shard's Cognitive aspect.
Pools mentioned include the Well of Ascension (a pool of Preservation), the Pits of Hathsin (Ruin's pool), and the Pool of Elantris, where the Elantrians go to die. It is also assumed that there is a Shardpool in the Horneater Peaks of Roshar.
