Melerand is the name of a kingdom on Yolen in the cosmere.[1]

  • The name Melerand has not appeared in any published work, but it is used in Dragonsteel Prime.[2]
  • In Alcatraz Versus the Evil Librarians, Nalhalla was originally named Melerand as an in-joke reference to the kingdom from Dragonsteel Prime. Brandon later decided that the two should not exist in the same continuum and it was renamed.[1]
