Very powerful rioting can put an Hemalurgic creature under complete control, and once controlled, the rioting is no longer required. This can either be achieved by one person ([[Mistborn]] or a [[hemalurgy|Hemalurgist]]) burning [[duralumin]] and zinc together, a combination of [[nicrosil|Nicroburst]] and Rioter, or a group of Rioters and/or Soothers.
