In [[Legion: Lies of the Beholder]], a company named Walters and Ostman Detention Enterprises shows up, which would be initialized as WODE.{{book ref|legion3|8}} The company appears to have been founded fairly recently, and engages in activities similar to the WODE in [[Perfect State]], albeit with lower tech.
