The Inquisitors are the Lord Ruler's most dedicated and powerful servants.{{book ref|mb1|32}} They are Hemalurgic creatures with spikes drives through their eyes and body, granting them the powers of a Mistborn. Nine of them used to be in Luthadel before the Collapse,{{book ref|mb1|36}} though there were around twenty Inquisitors in the entire Final Empire,{{book ref|mb1|epilogue}} and they were in charge of the Canton of Inquisition. Their main duty is to find half-breeds and kill them,{{book ref|mb1|7}} and tracking down their children as well,{{book ref|mb1|24}} to prevent skaa getting access to Allomancy because of their noble ancestry.
