This page is for me to play around trying to get some cool things to happen

To test, open your javascript console and type NoticeHeaderPairs(AddNoticeToHeader). It should add some icons to the headers. Hover over the icons to see what they mean. Clicking on the icons will toggle the display of the associated notice.
