Little is known about those who have achieved this level of [[InvestitureHeightening]], but it is known that those who possess this level of Breaths are endowed withhave Perfect Invocation, allowing the Awakener to draw more color from objects used, draining them to completely white, rather than merely grey, as well as Mental Command, allowing them to Awaken without voicing them. A third effect of the 10th Heightening is Color Distortion, which causes white objects in their vicinity to break up their colors like a prism, creating further color.
