Guard captain [[Hauka]] inspects a cart of grain. The man is obviously not a farmer, but an opportunist, harvesting someone else's grain while the war is on. She consults with [[Nissiqqan]], and they decide to let the badly-needed grain in but charge the smugglerthief triple tariff. Hauka returns to the cart and Lift pops out of a bag, munching on the uncooked grain. Refueled, she slides into the guardhouse, grabbing a pancake and causing a huge ruckus. Then she dumps the grain into the city below and jumps in after it.
