It is implied Spook would seek strength and immortality like the Lord Ruler’s and Kelsier would find the “string” that could bring him back to life. {{msh ref|epilogue}}
 
[[Steris]] impliesimplied that Spook ruled as an emperor for a century before stepping down from power and that he wouldshould be the last Emperor/King and move to more Governor type of ruling.{{book ref|bom|5}} [[Marasi]] later refers to him as as "The most powerful Allomancer who ever lived. A nearly mythological figure, someone who had all sixteen Allomantic powers in one body."{{book ref|aol|7}}
It is also known he built buildings for the poor trying to avoid slums{{book ref|bom|3}} and creatingcreated laws where power would go to common people like Elend wanted.{{book ref|bom|9}}

It is not clear what his role in that early government is, but he iswas clearly very prominent and powerful, judging by the fact that his Eastern street slang becomes known as [[High Imperial]].
