The Final Empire was a mixture of the cultures of many different nations that existed before it, the clothing and architecture of Khlennium, skaaSkaa were based on the slave people of the [[Canzi]], and Terris Stewards were based upon the servant class of the [[Urtan]]. The government was also heavily based on the bureaucratic mercantile system of the [[Hallant]].{{epigraph ref|mb3|27}}
