After the Lord Ruler's death, Sazed left [[Luthadel]] in order to fufill his duty as a Keeper and spread the knowledge of the time before the Lord Ruler to the people of the Final Empire. He came across mysterious deaths somehow related to the mists. Sazed's area of focus was religion, although he carried the complete knowledge of the Terris people.
