Breeze and Sazed along with around 200 people reached Urteau to bring their rebellion down and find the cache to continue feeding their population. His first conversation with [[Quellion]] who ruled the city under the name “The Citizen” did receive them but made sure they understood Elend and his rule was not welcomed. They left his building but stayed in the city where they found Spook. He took them to their refugee which was the “Ministry"Ministry Canton of Inquisition”Inquisition" where the “cache”"cache" was hidden, along with the water from the canals.{{book ref|mb3|29}}
