She apparently was trapped somewhere in [[Urithiru]] and escaped but chose to hide in the tower.
During the confrontation in the library in [[Urithiru]], Re-Shephir was attached to a pillar covered with cut gemstones. This appears to be how She created the feeling of Wrongness that filled the tower. Re-Shephir created [[Midnight Essence]] to protect her. Having previously been trapped by a [[Lightweaver]] She fled the tower in fear when confronted by [[Shallan]]. Her whereabouts are unknown.{{book ref|sa3|30}}
