'The Lord Ruler is a character from the Mistborn trilogy. In Mistborn: The Final Empire, he has rule over The Final Empire for a thousand years. He is viewed as a tyrant by the class of people who make up the serf class of the Final Empire, the Skaa. He is also believed to be immortal.
