The Surge of Progression grants Lift another power as well, known as Regrowth.{{book ref|sa2|i|9}} It allows Lift to heal others from serious injuries that would otherwise be fatal. When Lift uses Regrowth, she breathes out clouds of Stormlight which then flow into the injured person's mouth, healing them.
