Lady '''Leshwi''' is a [[singer]] and high ranking member of the ''[[shanay-im]]'', a type of [[Fused]]. She is instrumental in bringing [[Moash]] to [[Odium]]'s side.

Little more can be said about her appearance since she, like all [[Fused]], possesses another [[singer]]'s body. While flying, Leshwi wears a long red caperobe.{{book ref|sa3|54}}

She is a field commander, and one of the singer leaders of the singers during the [[Siege of Kholinar]]. In her view, thatthis is because she is one of the few fusedFused whothat are still sane.{{book ref|sa3|54}} MoashLeshwi thinkschooses her placestation in the chain of command is closer to that of a field captain than a [[highprince]]carefully.{{book ref|sa3sa4|12114}} AShe's a Fused of high enough station that the leaders defer to her but not high enough that she is required to stay out of fights.{{book ref|sa4|5}} Leshwi chooses her station carefully.{{book ref|sa4|14}}

Passion is an important virtue to Leshwi.{{book ref|sa3|54}} This likely is related to the fact that Odium believes 'Passion' to be his intent.{{wob ref|9507}} Leshwi requires those who serve her to have Passion and will not hire those who do not demonstrate it. {{book ref|sa4|11}} She is not afraid to speak her mind, even in the presence of people ranked more highly than her and even if it goes against social conventions. When Leshwi fightsis also extremely skilled at fighting. She prefers the spear, fighting ground and flying soldiers with it, Moashbut she also uses a long, curved [[Parshendi]] sword.{{book ref|sa3|43}}{{book ref|sa4|5}} She is considered to be one of the better fighters among the Fused.{{book ref|sa3|121}}

When [[Moash]], [[Graves]], [[Febrth]] and [[Fia]] have set up a camp, Leshwi and three other Fused attackattacked them. Only Moash was able to standfight groundback against them,effectively; his companions were dead within seconds. Moash usesused his [[shardbladeShardblade]] to fight with Leshwi, but when she realisesrealized that Moash isn't well practiced with the sword she starts to attackattacked more fiercely. She iswas surprised when Moash dismissesdismissed his shardbladeShardblade, dashesdashed away, and pickspicked up a spear. She then [[Gravitation|LashesLashed]] Moash ininto the air, but he pulled her with him and killskilled Leshwi mid airmidair by ramming a knife in her chest. Leshwi's companions taketook Moash captive after that.{{book ref|sa3|43}}

Later, during the [[Siege of Kholinar]], Moash demandsdemanded to speak to a Fused in charge, and he iswas brought to Leshwi. While hovering in the sky, the two of them havehad a long conversation. Leshwi sayssaid that 'Moash' is a [[singer]] name and reveals to Moash that she is the one whom he killed before. Because Leshwi iswas impressed by Moash's passion, she explainsexplained to him why the fusedFused are at war with humankindmankind. After this conversation, she let Moash go as a free man, althoughbut Moash didn'tchose not to leave.

In the aftermath of the [[Battle of Kholinar]] Leshwi visitsvisited Moash during his work of clearing rubble. She knowsknew that he iswas curious about why they arewere destroying the [[Kholinar Palace]] even more, but sayssaid that he will get to know why in due time. (theyThey were probably looking for [[Elhokar]]'s [[cryptic]].{{book ref|sa3|epilogue}}) Leshwi iswas pleased that Moash was content with that answer, and ordersordered him to come up to the palace because [[Hnanan]] had a request for him.

After Moash killed [[Jezrien]] at Hnanan's request Leshwi and eight other Fused comecame to him again. They offeroffered him Jezrien's [[Honorblade]], but Leshwi warnswarned him that 'Moash' will be no more. Moash acceptsaccepted this fate, and Leshwi givesgave him a new name: Vyre, which means "He Who Quiets."{{book ref|sa3|122}}

During the evacuation of [[Hearthstone]], Leshwi fightswas among the three flights of Heavenly Ones, whereand she participates in a duel withdueled [[Kaladin]]. During the battle, she wieldswielded ana [[raysium]] spear with a gemstone at its base, capable of drawing in a [[Knights Radiant]]'s [[stormlight]], rendering them unable to heal.{{book ref|sa4|5}} Leshwi stabsstabbed [[Sigzil]] with thethis spear but sparesspared his life as a sign of respect to Kaladin for sparing a Heavenly One earlier in the fightbattle. After returning to Kholinar, Leshwi attended a meeting of the Nine, where she, with her Voice, [[Venli]], described the ''[[Fourth Bridge]]'' to the Nine and explained how it appearedseemed to operate. During the meeting she claimsclaimed the right to battle Kaladin over Lezian, enraging him. She also showsshowed disapproval of [[Raboniel]]'s plan to siegebesiege [[Urithiru]].{{book ref|sa4|14}}

Leshwi offered up all of her servants save two to Raboniel, including Venli, and gave Venli orders to bring her reports on Raboniel's actions.{{book ref|sa4|31}} Once Urithiru was undertaken Fusedby controlthe Fused, Leshwi takestook custody of [[Lirin]], [[Hesina]], and [[Oroden]] to protect them from Lezian.{{book ref|sa4|53}} Leshwi acceptsaccepted another duel with Kaladin but showsshowed mercy to the windrunnerhim when she discoversdiscovered he doesndidn't have access to all his surges,Surges. theThe duel endsended when Kaladin escapesescaped to destroy a node of the [[Sibling]].{{book ref|sa4|70}} Later, Venli revealsrevealed that she is a Radiant{{book ref|sa4|107}} and Leshwi iswas overjoyed, proclaiming that the spren have forgiven the singers.{{book ref|sa4|109}} Leshwi asksasked Venli ifwhether her [[spren]] knowsknew her old friend, an honorspren named [[Riah]]. Venli says she does not but, that there are spenspren willing to bond singers again. To which Leshwi repliesreplied that her soul ishas been too long owned by someone else for that.{{book ref|sa4|109}} OnceLezian's thesoldiers singersthen andattacked the unarmed humans stopprotecting fightingthe unconscious [[Knights Radiant]]; Venli whispered that she was caught between two worlds and didn't know what to do. Leshwi initially was angered at [[Moash]] because he managed to kill her so unexpectedly, but over time this anger was converted into admiration for Moash's passion. Leshwi is intrigued by Moash's motives, and he impresses her so much that she releases him. However, just before releasing him Leshwi told Moash to prove himself, and when he recalled this he voluntary returned to his [[parshmen]] crew, what seemed to be what Leshwi hoped he would do.{{book ref|sa3|54}}

Leshwi and [[Kaladin]] seem to have a mutual respect. Leshwi sees him as a rare challenge to battle in the skies.{{book ref|sa4|53}} They have multiple duels, none of which end with a clear winner. When Kaladin's powers are suppressed by corruption of the Sibling, Leshwi does not take the advantage and kill the windrunner, instead she shows honor in not wanting to beat him in an unfair fight.{{book ref|sa4|70}} Kaladin also values her opinion of him, making sure she understood he hadn't technically accepted a duel and wasn't fleeing when he left.{{book ref|sa4|70}}

[[Venli]] serves as the Voice of Lady Leshwi, expressing Leshwi's desires to others.{{book ref|sa4|11}} Initially Leshwi values Venli for her unique Envoyform talents, however treats her coldly due to her position as a servant. After her Voice's actions in Urithiru, spying on Raboniel and helping Leshwi protect Kaladin's family,{{book ref|sa4|53}}, Leshwi begins to warm to her. When Venli reveals she has bonded a Radiant Spren Leshwi is overjoyed.{{book ref|sa4|109}}
