Huio is a [[Windrunner]] [[squire]] to [[Kaladin]], quick to pick up on how to draw in [[Stormlight]]. This allows him to use Stormlight and access the [[Surge]]s of [[Surgebinding#Gravitation|Gravitation]] and [[Surgebinding#Adhesion|Adhesion]] when in Kaladin's proximity.{{book ref|sa3|37}} He is also fairly skilled in field medicine--at least, more so than [[Teft]]--and a more than adept cook.{{book ref|sa3|i|4}}{{book ref|sa3|37}}
