Appearance on Roshar
Galladon appears as Temoo in Roshar. Purelake fisherman Ishikk calls him Grump. How he is able to move between worlds is unknown. He is described as being dark-skinned, like the Makabaki of Roshar. Unlike the Makabaki, he has thick limbs and a completely bald head. This is very similar to how he is described before the Shaod. Since The Way of Kings takes place after Elantris, it is reasonable to conclude that this is an illusion, either identical or similar to his pre-Elantrian state. Much like in Elantris, he continues to refer to others as "friend", and frequently followed statements with the interrogative "Understand?". Galladon says these in the local language rather than his native Duladel language. At the end of the Interlude, he says a phrase in his native language, repeating a word - kayana - that he speaks in Elantris. Galladon's true motives on Roshar are unknown, but he and his two companions, Demoux and Blunt, hired Ishikk to look for Hoid. He was described as being dark-skinned, like the Makabaki of Roshar. Unlike the Makabaki, he had thick limbs and a completely bald head. This is very similar to how he was described before he underwent the Shaod. (And since The Way of Kings takes place after Elantris, it is reasonable to conclude that this is an illusion, either identical or similar to his pre-Elantrian state.)

Much like in Elantris, he continued to refer to others as "friend", and frequently followed statements with the interrogative "Understand?". Unlike on Sel, Galladon said these in the local language rather than his native Duladel language. At the end of the Interlude, he said a phrase in his native language, repeating a word - kayana - that he spoke in Elantris.

Galladon's true motives on Roshar are unknown, but he and his two companions had hired Ishikk to look for Hoid. Ishikk was paid with a pouch of spheres even though he wasn't able to locate Hoid in the five months since the trio had hired him.

Galladon was accompanied by two others - one who had a scar across his forehead and tan skin like an Alethi, with un-Alethi eyes (and an un-Alethi accent), and another who was dark-skinned, taller than Galladon, broad-shouldered, lean-muscled, and with short, dark hair. Ishikk called the former Thinker due to him seeming more contemplative and less talkative than the other two (possibly due to having a poorer grasp of Ishikk's language). The latter was called Blunt by Ishikk (due to being very straightforward), and was called Vao by Galladon. Of these three, Galladon is the only one known to be Elantrian; "Thinker" has been confirmed to be Demoux of Scadrial, while the true identity of "Blunt" is still unknown.
