Like all dragons, Frost is functionally immortal, meaning that he does not age, but he can be killed.{{wob ref|3074}}{{wob ref|5881}} He is the oldest known character in the cosmere, even older than Hoid.{{wob ref|945}} He has gained a second form of immortality on top of his natural dragon immortality through unknown means.{{wob ref|15673}}

Frost's current mortality status is ambiguous. As a dragon, he is naturally ageless; immortal in the weak sense that he could live forever absent outside intervention.
