He was a member of the [[expedition to [[Akinah]] and became friends with [[Lopen]] during the journey. After Lopen rescued [[Turlm]] from the depths Fimkn came over to help him and then sent him belowdecks and got someone else to replace him.{{book ref|sa3.5|11}} Fimkn worked to bind the wounds of one of the men that was wounded when the crew was attacked on the beach by a giant [[Sleepless|hordeling]].{{book ref|sa3.5|18}}
