Drabs can not be detected by those with [[Breath]]s. A person's allure decreases, as does the strength of their immune system. Emotions seem to also be numbed to an extent. A drab is also incapable of Returning.{{ref|?|689|15|Drabs do not Return.}} Many Drabs spend their time as a Drab trying to earn enough money to buy back a [[Breath]], others-such as some of those that had their [[Breath]] given to a [[Returned]]-however, cherish their status as a Drab.
