In the book Starsight, Spensa finds out that Doomslug is a hyperdrive slug. They like to live near fungi. That is what M-Bot's original pilot's last order was. Look for fungi. Only near the end does Spensa find out M-Bot's pilot was looking for hyperdrive slugs. {{book ref|Starsight|}}
